Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/Civil Judge (J.D.), Room No. 18, Deoria to decide Original Civil Suit No. 1978 of 2017, Chandrawati Vs. State of U.P. and others within a stipulated period.
Case is of the year 2017. As such, I am not inclined to issue any such direction as prayed for in this petition.
However, in view of the assertion made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit has been filed for declaration that the petitioner is entitled for pension, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application before the court below for expeditious disposal of the suit, which shall be considered sympathetically.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, this petition is finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
