JUDGMENT / ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers: (a) to issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order commanding 1st and 2nd respondents to fix the boundary of the property requested as per Ext.P4 and Ext.P5 in Sy.No.512/3 of Mel Thonnakkal Village in Thiruvananthapuram District to the extent of 8.5 Ares of property as per Ext.P6 Survey plan prepared by 2nd respondent.
(b) to issue such other writ, direction or order commanding the 1st respondent to survey the property to the extent 8.5 Ares mutated in the name of petitioner excluding the acquired portion of property in Sy.No.512/3 of Mel Thonnakkal Village and prepare the plan.
2. When the matter was taken up today, it is submitted by counsel on behalf of the petitioner that he only seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 application pending before him.
3. I have heard the learned Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose the writ petition directing the 1st respondent to consider and W.P.(C).No.3526/2014 2 pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 application within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
