1. Heard learned advocates for the parties. As per order passed by this court in Special Civil Application No.16070 of 2012 dated 27.12.2012, the learned Principal District Judge, Bharuch passed order on 29.03.2013 in Civil Misc. (Transfer) Application No.10 of 2013 that, 'Regular Civil Suit No.3 of 2007 and Regular Civil Suit No.52 of 2008 are transferred in the Court of learned 2nd Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ankleshwar, wherein, Special Civil Suit No.47 of 2007 is pending between the parties'. Therefore, the Court of learned 2nd Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ankleshwar is hereby directed to dispose of all three suits within one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
2. It is clarified that this Court has not passed any order for consolidating of three suits, only passed order to effect that all three suits be conducted by the same Court and the same Court decided the suits independently within one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, present application stands disposed of.
