Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.2 of 2018 Heard Sri A.P.Tiwari,learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Singh,learned AGA appearing for the State.
The correction application has been moved for correction in the order dated 7.12.2018 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 7.12.2018 is corrected as under:
"In 5th line of 5th paragraph of the order dated 7.12.2018 the condition imposed in the order with regard to sureties to be furnished that one should be of a family member shall be read as one should be of a family member which includes wife of first cousin or any other relative of the applicant."
The correction application stands disposed off.
Copy of the order be given to the learned counsel for the applicant today as per usual charges.
