After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take re-course to the remedy available under Section 49 of the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable and Endowments Act, 1997.
In view of the aforesaid submission, writ petition is disposed of with liberty as sought for.
