The complaint of the petitioner is that, the police authorities are harassing him.

The Government Pleader on instructions submits that a petition had been received from the 2nd respondent, which was recorded in its register. On enquiry, it was found that the matter relates to a civil dispute and therefore all further action has been dropped. These submissions are recorded.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary to be issued in this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
