The petitioner claims that he is to be given charge of the Secretary of Cooperative Union, Rani Ki Sarai, District- Azamgarh. It is contended that while being posted as Assistant Secretary, Chetriya Sahkari Samiti, Ltd. Rani Ki Sarai, District- Azamgarh, the petitioner was given charge of the Secretary of Co-operative Union. However, he felt ill on 24.3.2019 and could recover from his long illness only on 25.4.2019. Thereafter, he had given a representation dated 29.4.2019 to the Assistant Commissioner- Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Society, Azamgarh, for giving him charge of the Secretary of the Co-operative Union.
It is relevant to note while being posted as Assistant Secretary of Chetriya Sahakari Samiti Company Ltd., Rani Ki Sarai, Azamgarh, the petitioner was attached and given charge of the Secretary to the Co-operative Union. On account of his protracted illness for a month, the charge of the said post has now been given to one Rajendra Ram, Cadre Secretary.
As the petitioner has no right to the post of Secretary, Co- operative Union, no direction can be given. The writ petition is, thus, found devoid of merits and is dismissed.
