This writ petition has been filed on incomplete facts and without reference to the nature and course of proceedings before the Trial Court from which the Revision has been filed of which the petitioner desires expeditious disposal. A writ petition of this kind ought to carry details proceedings in the Court of First instance, the nature of relief sought by parties indicating what relief was claimed by which party against the other. Those particulars are absent. In this form, this writ petition would not be maintainable.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with a prayer to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition incorporating all necessary facts and annexing such documents as the petitioner may be advised. The certified copies of the order that are filed, may be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner subject to the learned counsel furnishing attested xerox copies of the same which shall be retained on record.
The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition.
