Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amrit Raj Chaurasia, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.747 of 2019, under Section 420 I.P.C. and Section 60 (1), 72 Excise Act, Police Station Banna Devi, District- Aligarh.
The Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant since there is an abject failure to explain the transportation of the quantity of spirit and pouches to be used for distribution of coutrymade liquor.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
