JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present writ petition was filed against the order of suspension dated 24.11.2000.
It has been informed by Sri Aushutosh Singh, learned counsel for the respondents that after passing of the order of suspension, an order dated 19.03.2001 (Annexure No. CA-1) was passed and pursuant to the same, the petitioner was reinstated and now the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation.
In view of the above, the present writ petition has now become infructuous. Hence dismissed.
