Ashwathappa, CGC) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to settle/pay 35 months arrears of monthly pension of Rs.5,000/- per month from May 2010 to February 2013, which amounting to Rs.1,75,000/- with interest and also award compensation.
