Smt. Swati Agrawal , learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Deepak Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
Learned A.G.A. states that he could not obtain instructions in the matter in compliance of the court's order dated 21.8.2018 and prayed that the matter be adjourned today to enable him to seek instructions in the matter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the parties are relative, hence there may be chances of amicable settlement between the parties outside the court and prayed that the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed without any further liberty.
