This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"(a). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus suitably directing the respondent no. 2 to strictly comply the direction dated 22.12.2018 issued by respondent no. 4 in the form of certificate with regard to the enhancement of storage charges per bag (Annexure No. 3).
(b) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to suitably issued necessary direction to the respondent no. 2 for compliance of his own direction contained in the certificate dated 22.12.2018 at the earliest."
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that despite the fact that Justification Certificate (Auchatiya Praman Patra) has been issued by the District Magistrate, Respondent No. 4 but still the Respondent No. 2 has not taken any action with regard to enhancement of rent.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 2, ventilating his grievances within 10 days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its Annexures. In case any such representation is filed, the said authority shall look into the matter personally and do the needful expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
