Heard applicant in person and Sri Saroj Yadav, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Sachindra Upadhyay, learned counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.9258 of 2019 as well as order dated 05.11.2020 passed in Contempt Petition No.4306 of 2020.
An affidavit of compliance was filed by the opposite party. It is stated in the affidavit of compliance that enquiry has already been concluded on 20.3.2020, thereafter, provident fund to the extent of Rs.1,40,162/- has been paid to the applicant.
It is argued by applicant that applicant is entitled for some more provident fund.
Heard applicant and counsel for the opposite party.
In case applicant is not satisfied with the action taken by the opposite party, he is at liberty to move a proper application before the concerned competent authority for redressal of his grievance. If such application is made within three weeks, authority concerned will pass appropriate order on the same within three months thereafter.
In view of the same, present contempt application is disposed of.
