A Criminal Misc. Withdrawal Application bearing no. 03 of 2018 has been filed on behalf of the revisionist seeking withdrawal of the present criminal revision.
Learned A.G.A. as well as Mr. Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party nos. 3 and 4 have no objection to the withdrawal of the present criminal revision.
In view of the aforesaid, the Criminal Misc. Withdrawal Application No. 03 of 2018 is allowed. Accordingly, the present criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
