Chandrakantbhai vs Thakor

Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, so also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it transpires that the delay of 71 days have been aptly and sufficiently explained in this application, and the contents are supported by the affidavit of the applicant.

In above view of the matter, the delay deserves to be condoned.

For the foregoing reasons, the delay of 71 days caused in preferring the Appeal from Order is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
