Supplementary affidavit filed today by the counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the injunction application of the petitioner dated 15.04.2019 in Original Suit No.468 of 2019 within a specified time frame.
The suit has been instituted by the petitioner praying for permanent prohibitory injunction restraining the defendant- respondents from interfering in her possession. From perusal of the order sheet dated 06.05.2019, it is not clear as to whether all the defendants have yet been served with summons or not Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to ensure speedy disposal of the application for temporary injunction by fixing short dates, soon after all the defendants are duly served.
