Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned AGA for the State respondent nos. 1 to 4 and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks a direction upon the Investigating Agency to properly investigate Case Crime No. 0294 of 2018 at Police Station Kopaganj, District Mau.
A counter affidavit has been filed by the Investigating Officer, stating that the investigation has been completed and a charge sheet no. 10 of 2019 dated 14.01.2019 has been submitted under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506 IPC, in Court on 25.01.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no recovery has been effected.
In case the investigation has not been properly conducted, upon submission of police report in court, the petitioner would have an opportunity to submit an application before the court concerned for further investigation, if so advised.
With the aforesaid liberty. this petition is disposed off.
