JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER IN SPECIAL CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 3149 OF 2012.
Rule returnable on 24.09.2012.
In the meantime, the petitioner shall be paid fixed salary of Rs. 3500/- instead of Rs. 1350/- starting from the salary for the month of August 2012 as is being paid to other similarly situated persons in view of the orders passed by this Court in similar cases.
Direct service is permitted.
