1. Heard learned advocate, Mr.Pradeep Patel for the appellant- original petitioner.
2. Learned advocate instructed by his client who is present in the Court submitted that appellant- original petitioner has been paying double the amount than the stallholders in S.T. depot are paying. For that purpose, he placed on record xerox copy of the receipt dated 15.10.2013.
3. Learned advocate submitted that he is having Handcart and in that Handcart, he is selling the Kulfi which Page 1 of 2 C/LPA/1226/2013 ORDER by no means, can be said to be injurious to health. Therefore, his case is required to be considered favorably by the authorities and he is ready to abide by the terms and conditions which may be put by the authorities.
4. Hence, ADMIT.
