JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned Counsels appearing for the respective parties.
In the context of the subject matter and prayers made in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, notarized compromise terms and conditions dated 17.09.2013 is produced before this Court and is ordered to be taken on record. The above compromise terms shall form part of this order.
Therefore, learned Counsel Mr. Dhaval Dave appearing with learned Counsel Mr. Bhunesh C. Rupera for the petitioner submit that the respondents No.5, 6 and 7 have no objection if any entry is made on the basis of the Registered Sale Deed in the revenue records and record of the entry No.16937 made on 23.04.2010 stands confirmed.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of in terms of the notarised compromise dated 17.09.2013 and the terms and conditions contained therein. Order accordingly.
As there is no dispute amongst the parties about the entry in question so referred in Paragraph 2 of the compromise terms and conditions, the authority is directed to act accordingly, in accordance with law, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of writ of the order of this Court.
