1. Heard Shri Hemendra Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State through video conferencing.
2. This writ petition under Article 226 has been filed with the following prayer which are being reproduced:-
"PRAYER The petitioner prays for issue of writ of qowarranto-Mandamus or certiorari in nature to direction the learned lower court and opposite parties.
"A. The application for C-6 need to be disposed of in the interest of justice at the first available opportunity.
B. Till disposal of C-6 opposite parties be restrained to leave the premises of petitioners till compensation of invested amount of Rs. Ten lacs as per construction layout issued by opposite parties.
C. The opposite parties are using the premises of petitioners since 31.2.2018 as trespasser and newly constructed roof to augment their business without paying any rent, henceforth be issued a direction to pay rent to the tune of equal area in commercial zones which their other branches in District Barabanki are paying."
3. This writ petition under Article 226 for the writs prayed against the subordinate courts is not maintainable in view of the law laid down in the case of Radhey Shyam Vs. Chhabi Nath (2015) 5 SCC 423. Further, the prayer made is incomprehensible.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition, is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to approach the court in appropriate proceedings with correct prayer, if so advised.
