Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful defiance of the order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Criminal Revision No.4531 of 2018 (Chandrakala @ Mamta v. State of U.P. & Ors.), which for ready reference is quoted as under:-
"Sri A. C. Pandey, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party nos.4 and 5.
Issue notice to opposite party nos.2 and 3.
Notice on behalf of opposite party no.1 has been accepted by learned AGA All the opposite parties may file counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. List thereafter.
Till the next date of listing, parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the nature, character and possession over the property in dispute."
