This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing Additional District Judge/Motor Accident Claim Tribunal to decide Application (23-ga), filed by the petitioner, for setting aside the award of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal dated 13.9.2012.
Without entering into the controversy raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing Additional District Judge/Motor Accident Claim Tribunal to decide the recall application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before it.
