Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Anil Kumar Mishra, who has put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5. He prays for and is allwoed four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Petitioner will have three weeks thereafter for filing rejoinder affidavit.

List for admission after expiry of the aforesaid period.

Considering the facts and circumstances, until further orders of this Court, parties to the writ petition are directed to maintain status quo with respect to nature and possession over the land in dispute as it exists today.
