The petitioner has approached the first respondent for purchase certificate. This application has been registered as SM.No.352/2014. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of the above case. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that more than 12,000 cases are pending and the petitioner's case cannot be taken up out of turn. The petitioner is a senior citizen. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to dispose of SM.No.352/2014 within a period of four months.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
