Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent states that subject to verification of the fact whether the orders passed by the Assistant Collector and the Appellate Authority have attained finality or not, the respondent as in duty-bound shall ensure that the orders of eviction are executed with expedition and with due notice to the respondent No. 6 herein.
Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
