This writ petition has been with the prayer to quash the FIR dated 26.07.2021 registered as Case Crime no.0102 of 2021 under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, P.S. Kachhwa, District Mirzapur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
After the arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy as available in law.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid request of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available in law.
