Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Amit Kumar, the learned Brief Holder on behalf of the State and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicants in case crime No.407 of 2019, under Sections 323, 326, 504, 506, 332, 353 I.P.C., Police Station Shikarpur, District- Bulandshahar.
Bearing in mind the fact that a Government Officer was assaulted during the course of discharge of his official duties, the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicants.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
