Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.
By means of this contempt application filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, disobedience to the order of Civil Judge (Junior Division) F.T.C., Jaunpur dated 31st January, 2018 passed in Original Suit No.- 819 of 1995 (Chandrabhan vs. Rajaram) has been complained of.
In the considered opinion of the Court, the applicant has appropriate remedy to approach the court concerned under Order XXXIX Rule 2(A) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for redressal of his grievance.
In view of the above, the applicant is at liberty to approach the court concerned under the aforesaid provision.
With the aforesaid liberty, this contempt application is consigned to records.
