(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Tax appeal is admitted for consideration of following substantial question of law :­ "Whether in fact and in law the Tribunal committed an error in dismissing the appeal of the present appellant on the ground of delay particularly looking to the explanation rendered in the delay condonation application and the affidavits filed in support of such an application ?"
