The petitioner may implead "Anil" as a respondent to the writ petition during the course of the day.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the mutation Case No.2494 of 2017 (Computerised Case No.T- 2017143658022494) (Chandra Shekhar Vs. Ram Awadh) under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Badlapur, District Jaunpur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.2494 of 2017 (Computerised Case No.T-2017143658022494) (Chandra Shekhar Vs. Ram Awadh) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
