Against the impugned order dated 22.11.2018 passed by the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Etah, the petitioner has a remedy for filing an appeal under the Explosive Rules, 2008.
As such the petitioner having statutory remedy of appeal, the writ petition is not maintainable and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
