In view of the objections raised by Sri H. V. Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents it is apparent that this petition suffers from numeruous defects. Learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars and details.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty prayed for.
