JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the revisionist.
Notice on behalf of the respondent no. 2 has been accepted by learned A.G.A, who prays for and is allowed four weeks time to file counter affidavit.
Issue notice to respondent no. 1, who may also file counter affidavit within same period, rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List after two months.
Subject to the revisionist depositing the 50% arrears of maintenance at the awarded rate with the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 4, Aligarh within two months from today, which shall be paid to the opposite party no. 1 and his continuing to pay current maintenance to O.P. No. 1 at the rate of Rs.800/- per month and Rs. 500/- per month to each of the O.P. NO. 3 and 4 on or before the 10th day of each succeeding month, the execution and operation of the order dated 22.06.2010 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 5, Aligarh in Case No. 327/11/09, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. shall remain stayed.
In case of default, this interim order shall stand automatically vacated.
