The petitioners have filed this writ petition against the order dated 4.10.2018 by which the application of the petitioners saying that the Gaon Sabha counsel should have filed the Suit, has been rejected.
Definitely the Suit has been filed by one Gyanendra Singh. He is not a Gaon Sabha member. If the defendants are aggrieved by the relief clause, they may get the issues framed to that effect. After framing the issues, the Suit may, thereafter, be decided within a period of six months, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
