This writ petition has been filed for issuing of mandamus directing the Senior Superintendent of Police, Varanasi to ensure the fair investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 11.04.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 26 of 2018, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 494 I.P.C., Police Station- Laksa, District- Varanasi.
It is alleged that F.I.R. was lodged on 11.04.2018 but police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the facts of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Varanasi to ensure the fair investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 11.04.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 26 of 2018, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 494 I.P.C., Police Station- Laksa, District- Varanasi and submit the report by Investigating Officer under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
