JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal,J.
Case called out. None responds for the petitioners to press this writ petition.
By means of instant writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing the impugned notices contained in Annexure No.s 1 to 8 to the writ petition issued by the opposite parties no.5 along with the circular dated 29.8.1995, contained n Annexure No.21 to the writ petition and further to direct the opposite parties to consider the matter of enhancement of licence fee after affording the opportunity of hearing on this subject to the petitioners.
The instant writ petition was taken before the Court on 10.9.2003, the Court was pleased to pass the following orders:-
"Sri D.C. Tewari appears for the petitioner.
Sri A.K. Chaturv;edi appears for the repsondents who prays for and is allowed four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
Rejoinder affidavit, if thereby any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
In the meantime, licence fee can be charged from prospective effect.
In terms of the interim order dated 10.9.2003, the instant writ petition is finally disposed of.
