It is stated that petitioner has not been correctly awarded marks, and therefore, a prayer is made to direct the respondent no.2 Commission to furnish photocopy of OMR sheet to the petitioner, pursuant to his application made for appointment to the post of Village Development Officer.
Sri K. S. Kushwaha, learned counsel appearing for the Commission has no objection.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed off with the observation that in case petitioner approaches the respondent no.2 alongwith certified copy of this order and furnish complete details of their candidature, within two weeks from today, the Commission shall furnish photocopy of the OMR sheet to them, within a further period of four weeks, thereafter. In case petitioner demonstrates that he has not been correctly awarded marks, it shall be open for him to pursue his remedy as may be available in law.
