This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to arrest the petitioners and with further prayer for quashing the impugned FIR dated 23.02.2018 registered as Case Crime No.785 of 2017, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Gaur, District - Basti.
Record shows that the matter was referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 08.05.2018. The report the Mediation & Conciliation Centre dated 10.07.2018 indicates that the petitioners failed to make the necessary deposit as directed vide order dated 08.05.2018.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
