Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 4.3.2006 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri in case crime no. 2149 of 2005 under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Supplementary affidavit has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner annexing therewith the copy of the compromise filed in Original Suit No. 178 of 2007, wherein parties have agreed that amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- shall be paid to Smt. Arti Verma by Shri Chandra Prakash and all the cases pending before the trial court shall be decided in terms of compromise.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the compromise, this petition may be disposed of.
The petition is accordingly disposed of with the observations that dispute between the parties stands settled, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
