Heard Sri Dhananjay Kumar Singh, holding brief of Sri Tribhuwan Singh and Sri R.K. Saxena, appearing for opposite party nos.2 to 4.
Heard and perused the record.
Upon hearing parties' counsel and perusal of record, I find that it is admitted that trial is in progress and statements of as many as five prosecution witnesses have been recorded before the Special Judge,Dacoity Affected Area, Kanpur Dehat, known as Ramabai Nagar.
In view of the fact that it is part heard case, I find that there is no sufficient ground for transferring the trial of S.S.T. No.96 of 2017, from the court of Special Judge, Dacoity Affected Area, Kanpur Dehat, known as Ramabai Nagar, to another district.
The application has no force and is liable to be dismissed.
The trial be decided expeditiously by the court concerned in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
