This case is continuously on the list of fresh cases from the last almost a month but learned counsel for the appellant has not turned up to argue the matter.
We have perused the order of the learned Single Judge and do not find any infirmity warranting interference in appellate jurisdiction.
The learned Single Judge has specifically dealt with the issue that once the State has taken a decision to permit the Public Service Commission to take up recruitment instead of the Commission/Board, constituted under the 1983 Rules, and such decision of the State Government, having been upheld in the case of Himanshu Shukla & another vs. State of UP & another reported in 2018 (7) ADJ 426, it appears that the appellant knowingly avoiding hearing of the appeal, we are of the view that the order of the learned Single Judge, supported by a Division Bench Judgement, does not warrant any interference of the Court.
The appeal lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
