This petition has been filed in respect of the incident allegedly occurred in District Pilibhit which is having territorial jurisdiction of this court sitting at Allahabad. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the petitioner to file writ petition before this court at Allahabad.
