The relief sought in the present writ petition is that the respondents may be directed to appoint the petitioner under Dying in Harness Rules in Primary Co-operative Society.
Sri Sujeet Kumar Rai, learned counsel for respondent no.3 states that Dying in Harness Rules is not applicable to Primary Co-operative Society or a Co-operative Society. Even otherwise, the writ petition has no substance. According to the petitioner, his father had retired from service on 31.7.2005 and subsequently died on 8.11.2005.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
