Sri Somdev Dixit, learned counsel for applicants and Sri A.K Dixit for the respondents submits that parties have entered into a compromise in Case No. 189 of 2013 (State Vs. Ravi and others) under section 147, 148, 149, 452, 427, 323, 325, 504, 506 IPC, police station – Dadon, District Aligarh. The compromise is duly verified by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 5, Aligarh vide order dated 11.2.2021 and in view of such compromise, nothing survives for adjudication in the present case. Therefore the application is allowed.
Nobody is appearing to oppose the factum of such compromise.
In terms of the verification of the compromise, proceedings of Case No. 189 of 2013 (State Vs. Ravi and others) under section 147, 148, 149, 452, 427, 323, 325, 504, 506 IPC, police station – Dadon, District Aligarh are hereby quashed. In above terms, petition is disposed off.
