Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State-respondent and perused the records.
From perusal of the order dated 07.12.2020 passed by the court below, it is evident that the petitioners were not participating in the investigation of the Case Crime No. 0576 of 2019, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474, 406 & 120-B IPC, Police Station Shahganj, District Agra.
Quashing of the first information report dated 02.10.2019 has been sought by means of this writ petition. No case is made for quashing of the first information report .
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
