This Special Appeal has been filed against an order dated 17.10.2019 by which the writ petition of the appellant was decided in terms of the Writ Petition No.16065 of 2019 (Ayodhya Prasad Vs. State of U.P. & Ors).
On merits the case of the petitioner is that he is facing suspension. Although, the counsel for the appellant argues that the reasons for suspension are different from those made out against the petitioner in the case of Ayodhya Prasad.
Nevertheless, it is a case of suspension. The order dated 17.10.2019 is modified only to the extent that the inquiry against the appellant will be concluded within a period of three months from today.
With the aforesaid observations the appeal stands disposed of. No costs.
