Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non- compliance of the final judgment and order dated 18.5.2016 passed in Writ - C No. 22925 of 2016 (Chandra Pal Singh & 3 others v. State of U.P. & 2 others).
It is admitted between the parties that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Petition.
The contempt application is dismissed.
