Sri P.N. Rai holding brief of Sri Shameem Ahmad, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has raised objection to the maintainability of this writ petition on the ground that no part of cause of action has arisen within the territorial limits of this Court.
In such circumstances, learned counsel for petitioner comes up with a prayer to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
